Quality of Customer Service?

My dealings with them have always been conducted in a professional, courteous and timely fashion and I would fully expect that to extend to members of this service.

RM Greyhound Tips is a recent addition to the Tipsters Empire fold having joined them in May 2019. According to his profile on Tipsters Empire, the man behind the service has a long history of working in the greyhound industry. Having been brought up in an environment where greyhounds were part and parcel of every day he has worked with both trainers and trackside in England and Ireland and developed a vast knowledge of the sport.

The service is very selective, usually providing just a single tip each day, although on occasion there can be two or three tips. There are also selections in the ante-post markets for the bigger events. Tips come from both open and graded races, with the former providing most of the selections.

RM Greyhound Tips focuses mainly on seven tracks – Nottingham, Sheffield, Sunderland, Newcastle, Hove, Central Park and Monmore.

The daily email can arrive anytime from about 08:00 to midday and on occasion will be the evening before, it’s very much dependent on when the races of interest are priced up and how the market reacts. The email is a great read in its own right, providing not only an analysis of the selection but also of the factors against the other dogs in the race. It really gives an insight into the depth of knowledge and research that goes into the selections. The email also has a review of any runners from the previous day.

Stakes are generally 1, 1.5 or 2 points on each selection and all are win singles.

The Tipsters Empire website reports average monthly profits of just under 22-points for RM Greyhound Tips, with a return on investment of 30.79% and a strike rate of 41.31%.

Results – Month 1 (9th September to 8th October 2019)

It was fairly low-key start to the month with just three winners in the first 10 selections and four in the first 13, leaving us on a small loss at that point. However, after a slightly better week mid-month the performance moved to a new level with 12 winners in the last 17 bets (70.5%). This run resulted in a profit for the month of 45.12 points.

With just 37 selections in the period and an average stake of 1.5 points, the return on investment was over 80%. After deducting the cost of the month’s subscription, the net ROI was 69.95% at £10 per point stakes and 78.34% at £50 per point.

The overall win strike rate for the period was 54%.

The average odds of all selections in the month was 3.47 (c.5/2) and the average odds of the winners just slightly lower at 3.21 (just under 9/4).

Summary at End of Month 1

An excellent start to the review period with all metrics ahead of the historic levels recorded by Tipsters Empire.
