Brief Summary:

Progressive Property was set up by Rob Moore & Mark Homer and offers various methods of training to help you build your own property portfolio and achieve financial freedom. The review below concentrates on the free-to-access Progressive Property Resource Library and Blog on their website.

What’s It All About?

Progressive Property is billed as “a personal community for any investor, entrepreneur or individual wanting to make more money, invest or create a better life for freedom, choice and profit”.

In particular, Progressive Property have made their name from many products/training on property investment. In this particular review, it’s all about their free resource library.

The Progressive Resource Library has many of the resources you will need as a property investor, it has all been made simple for someone just starting out.

All the information is up to date and will be continually updated as time changes, tax rules are altered and the latest strategies and approaches adapt. So, no matter what is happening in the property market, you should have a good resource for finding the right property investment path for you.

So you can find exactly what you require, there are 12 sections in the resource library, which are:

* Commercial Property
* Property Market
* Buy To Let
* HMO (houses of multiple occupation)
* Sourcing Deals
* Raising Finance
* Deal Packaging
* Rent To Buy
* Estate Agent Secrets
* Lease Options
* Property Management
* Your Property Team

They are then broken down even further so that they are easy to read, absorb and refer back to.

Both Mark and Rob come from Estate Agency background, so they know both sides of the property business.  They share lots of their own experiences, so you can trust what they say.

On one side, you have the estate agent experience – so they know the market, the sales tactics and pricing tactics. On the investment side (they have over 300 properties themselves) you can learn about the investment and financing side and then onto management of your property portfolio.

There is a link to free reports and videos, which you can go straight to and there is also an app, which is coming soon.

They regularly release brand new property reports to the ‘Progressive Community’ (which you can sign up to get for free).

There is a single aim for each new report they release. It should be valuable knowledge, detailed and thorough and enable you to take action.

They say that following these reports will put you ahead of your competition in your area, and in the top 1% of educated property investors in the UK.

Although they only release these reports for a limited time, they occasionally make them available again to property investors who request them.  So it is worth keeping up to date on what’s coming and released and making sure you work through each new report.

The good thing is they are responsive to queries and questions, so if there are areas you need information on, it’s worth asking and you will often find they send you the details right away, or will write something on the subject and release it.

Also on the website is their blog that you can scroll down and read each article they have produced.  These are topical pieces that are timely for the period they were produced.  But often in this section you can learn extra tips.

Do I Need Any Experience To Make This Work?

You don’t need any experience really, all the content within the resource library is free and you can use it to further your knowledge on each aspect of property investing. It’s easy to work your way through the resource library, anyone will be able to navigate their way around.

Some of the detail gets a little advanced, so it will help if you look at this when you are actually ready to invest.

How Much Money Do I Need to Get Started?

You don’t need any money to get started –  this is just a free set of resources to help boost your knowledge on property investing.

But you do need to know that you can afford to start on your property investment route.  So figure out what money you have available and then look at how you should manage that money.

How Much Money Can I Make?

This isn’t really a question I can answer here as this isn’t a specific blueprint to follow, just general advice to help you along the way.

But if you read this material and follow some of their other programs, you should be able to work out what your starting investment fund could return you in both capital growth and immediate payback.

How Much Time Will It Take Me?

To work your way through each section won’t take you too long, probably a few hours.  You may want to print out certain ones so you can refer back to them.

Depending how many properties you take on and whether you use agents to manage or yourself, you should look at how much of a commitment this might be.

Be realistic about the time you have available and see where you might need to use other resources and services to save you time, but be prepared to pay for them. Things like accountants, mortgage brokers, property maintenance managers etc.

Will I Need Any Equipment To Do This?

All you need is a basic computer/iPad and internet connection.

Value For Money?

Any property investor will find good information here and it’s all free, so yes it is good value.

Does It Live Up To The Claims In The Promotion?

As this is free, it makes me trust the authors.  If they can offer something that is free and gives you a good starting point of what the content may be like in their paid products, then this is a good sign.

Quality Of Customer Service?

As already mentioned, they will answer any queries you have and are always happy to provide further guidance on questions you might have.

Review – 02/04/2015

Progressive Property has a good reputation and as I have mentioned, they have many property products/training out in the market.

Both of the co-founders Mark Homer and Rob Moore are experts and made their money through property, if you want to read more on each of their success stories then click here.

I like that they offer you the resource library, which is full of free content that you can read and learn from, before you purchase any of their paid products.

Straight away, it makes me trust and believe them and would make me want to work with them.

If you are new to property investing then this would be a good place to start, have a look around the resource library and then decide if you want to purchase any of the further books or courses that Progressive Property offer.

On their website, you will see a range of the training/events and best selling products that they have to offer.

They often hold property seminars, some of which are also free, I believe, and some you pay for. But these are always clearly marketed and they make it clear on what you will learn and who the seminar is aimed at.

In the past, they have held events with guest speakers like Lord Sugar and Karren Brady.  Those events have been well reviewed and you can see glowing comments from both Lord Sugar and Karen.  This shows these two authors are well respected and knowledgeable about their subjects.

Progressive Property provides leading edge material for the property investor, so if you are interested in doing this, it’s worth your time exploring their free material further. Recommended.

    I have been to many property seminars and Progressive Property is by far the best i’ve attended – ultimately for all these types of businesses they wish to make money but so far these are the best value for money – give lots of free information before you decide if you want more indepth training and also they have done what they are teaching.

    Their books are very informative and have all been number one in the Amazon Bestsellers lists – i would have no hesitation in recommending them. Two young guys who walk the walk and are always giving back to charity.

    I have total respect and infact i am off to another Free training day tomorrow at their offices.

    I have been on 3 day tasters with progressive and another company. I was put off the other company who became a bit pushy on the last day, offering packages at quite high prices, even when discounted.

    It was made clear at progressive what the full price of each course was, then the discount price and any special offers of which, there were some very good ones!

    At no time did I feel pressured into buying, or made to feel bad about not taking up an offer.

    Progressive’s taster course was FREE and had more information than the other Co’s, which cost £1000.

    I have bought training from Progressive because I liked my experience with them, and feel sure I will get massive value from it and lots of support from a company that seem to be practicing what they preach and have a passion for it. I will report back after my training.
