Brief Summary:

Rob Moore is an expert in property investing and in this Multiple Streams of Property Income book he gives you property investing strategies that you can use to make money.

What’s It All About?

The Multiple Streams of Property Income book takes you through UK Property Multi-Millionaire Rob Moore’s 6 Stage Investor System. Rob discusses his journey from new investor to Multi-Million property business owner and reveals property investing income strategies for long-term investors.

Rob shows you the long term potential behind a “buy and hold strategy” for property investing. And for those who are looking to generate a regular income, Rob shows you more short-term, immediate cash flow strategies.

Rob is well known as one of the main players in the property education field. He often holds events and training courses and has produced many different products that cover how to make money investing in property.

Rob shares his own experiences so that you can learn from them and he outlines the different ways in which you can make money from property.

This book covers:

– How to manage your time – how to use it more wisely and effectively so that you can start one stream of income at a time. Rob shows you how to do this so you can cut right to the chase and get started, it means you don’t have to waste time, energy or money on something that is not likely to work.

– The “4 Income Quarters”  that will provide you with residual, leveraged and passive income.  It’s not rocket science, but what Rob shows you makes perfect sense when you piece everything together and see the power of each tool.

– How to use compounding. Einstein called compounding the 8th wonder of the world – he isn’t wrong, the power of compounding is amazing and by using Rob’s approach you can create multiple income streams fast and keep reinvesting the profits to grow much faster.

– Leveraging your cashflow, particular strategies here help you keep on the right side of the black. It’s fair to say that in any business cashflow is vital, and this tries to keep your costs and risk low but give you the chance to use the money you make, to invest further.

As well as showing you how to get started and the ways to grow your business, Rob does something I’ve not seen before. He reveals the insider tricks and scams that other people pull.  He shows you the hidden dangers and the things that will drain your money.

Finally, when reading this guide you’ll learn the proven “6 Stage Property Investor Roadmap” that Rob uses. He’ll hold your hand and take you from beginner through to genuine property investor in what he describes as in the shortest possible time.

Do I Need Any Experience To Make This Work?

It goes without saying that you will need to be interested in property to make use of this book, but even if you are new to investing in property, you should be able to follow the book and understand what Rob covers.

A newcomer will certainly benefit from this but even if you already are investing in property, you will also find this helpful as it shares tips on raising finance and reinvesting the money you are already making.

It will help you look at things in a different prospective as well as giving you Robs experience, tips and advice.

How Much Time Will It Take Me?

It shouldn’t take you too long to work through the book and you’ll know once you’ve read it whether this is something that you want to do. The time-consuming element will be, of course, finding the right property and going through the whole process of buying it.

To get the most from Rob’s advice, you have to be committed to a lengthy period of investment and property ownership. It isn’t something like a share, that you might want to sell in six months and it’s not like a betting system where you might drop in and out of it.

Buying property, whether for personal or business reasons, is stressful and expensive so make sure you really want to do this before you go ahead.

This book is a great starting place, but in truth you will need to take further courses, read other reports and maybe get coaching from Rob and his team to make any great advances. Rob runs a whole network of property investment seminars, and of course, they are not cheap.

Does It Live Up To The Claims In The Promotion?

Rob gives you a brief outline on what this book is about within the sales promotion. I think you will know from just looking at it if this is something that appeals to you or not.

The Progressive Property website gives you more details on Rob, what he has done and what products, courses and training he offers. There are customer testimonials (including video testimonials) on there as well as full contact details.

This is all good to see and makes me believe he and his company are trustworthy and honest. Even when you try and find negative comments on him in the public domain, there isn’t anything.

Rob and his business partner Mark Homer have been building up the Progressive Property business over the past few years. This book shares what they have learned and the systems that they have put in place over that time.

This book is also sold on Amazon and if you look at the reviews on there, they are excellent. Rob certainly knows what he is talking about and uses an engaging style that this is easy to read and follow, many people who have brought this book would definitely recommend it and say that it is well worth the price.

Remember though, investing in property isn’t easy, there are hidden costs and fees that can occur and you need to be 100% sure that this is something you want to undertake. Be clear on this before you buy the book, otherwise you will probably do nothing with the content.

Investing in property isn’t for everyone and reading this book will give you a good insight to know whether this is something that you want to invest in. Rob gives you all you need to know on how to invest in property and make money and even if you are already a property developer you will probably learn something from this book.

I can see people who follow Rob’s advice doing very well.  There is enough proof already that his tactics work and it makes money for his customers. You just need to try it and be committed to what he teaches you. You cannot go at this half-hearted, if you do I think you’ll get frustrated and not make use of the full material on offer.

For just over £11 this book delivers what is promised and should help you on your way to build up a good property portfolio, it gives you enough to get you started or to help you further in your property investing.
