Quality of Customer Service

We missed the first few days of this trial but the prospect of a simple option to save the potential time and stress associated with the genre was attractive.

Selections are sent daily with links to the Betfair market involved so there should have been no difficulty in finding the right game obscure as some were. Although not specifically stated the maximum odds that seemed to qualify were 5.9 and there were some additional advices of games considered unlikely to draw but the odds were too high. Liquidity in some of the games was quite low but as trading not considered an element of the service so long as you could get your bet on at the odds advised or better it was a valid lay.

The intention was for the service to go live after 100 bets were advised and the first half of the trial went well with a 34 point profit built up. A run of 36 games saw just 1 losing bet.

However, the latter days have been less successful and 90% of the profit has been handed back with 20 from 93 advised games ending in a draw. The bank stands at 3 points profit which is a poor return on the time and risk accepted.

It appears that the service author is also worried that he may not be able to achieve the early results again as the trail has now been discontinued with no service launched.
