Do I need any experience to make this work?

Personally, I would say that you should have some experience of looking at property deals, ownership and at least understand the basics of property investing.  It’s not to say that complete newcomers couldn’t get started but I would probably say that you should look at one of Rob and Mark’s basic guides to start with.

That background reading will make sure that when you tackle this you are in a stronger position to know the market and how to proceed.

You need to start thinking about how you can start funding your property purchases.  In this program they show you how you should structure your deals and how you get finance.

I like the material that Rob, Mark and his team at progressive property deliver.

There are no gimmicks with them, there is nothing misleading about what they do and their content always delivers what is promised.

This product is no different, it’s well done and shows you exactly what they say it will.

I won’t break down their approach here or give away secrets that they reveal but I feel that anyone serious about investing in property or starting their own portfolio will not be disappointed with the content and what is taught within this.

This product doesn’t come with a marketed money back guarantee.  In most instances I would say don’t take the risk on something you can’t get your money back on.  But in this instance you should know before you buy whether you are ready to take action or not.

If you are not ready to be serious about property investment and portfolio building then don’t buy it.  You won’t use it and you’ll never see a return on your £99.

If on the other hand you are already investing or ready to make the first step, then this CD package will get you motivated and show you a way you can build a property portfolio quickly and at cost, less than you would imagine.
