Product Name:

Early Bird Racing Club

Company Name & Contact Details:

£33 per month or £75 per quarter. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.

A free 14-day trial membership is offered to new members.

There is mention of a VIP Club which offers access to all BetHub tipsters both current and future, but I couldn’t find any details.

Money Back Guarantee:

None mentioned, so the standard Clickbank guarantee will apply.

What Do You Get?

Daily win and each-way singles sent the evening before racing. Selections are from UK, Irish and occasionally worldwide racing and includes ante-post selections as well.

Where to Buy:

How Much Money Do I Need to Get Started?

A starting bank of 100-points is recommended for this service.

How Much Money Can I Make?

There are no headline claims made. However, a look at the detailed results spreadsheet on the website shows profits of 323.86 points at BOG and 91.96 points to BSP, with a loss of 112.72 points to SP, between January 2018 and October 2019. There is no record to advised prices without BOG.

How Much Time Will I Need to Make This Work?

With only one or two tips per day on average, this is a quick and easy system to follow requiring just a couple of minutes each evening.

Will I Need Any Equipment to Do This?

A PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection and access to a range of online bookmaker accounts to increase the opportunity to maximise the price as often as possible.

Value for Money?

As always, I will wait for the end of the three months before offering a conclusion here.

Quality of Customer Service?

Contact details could be clearer and easier to find.

There is no “Contact Us” page on the website and the “Create New Ticket” option which is hidden at the bottom of each page returns an error. The email address support@bethub.pro is only listed under one of the frequently asked questions so you will only find it if you happen to read the answer to the right question.

Contact may improve under the members’ area, but this has not been tested.

Early Bird Racing Club is one of four services currently offered by the BetHub platform. As the name suggests, the tips are sent the evening before racing to take advantage of early value in the prices. There are also plenty of ante-post selections as well, securing the same perceived early value.

The daily email usually arrives between 21:00 and midnight, whilst ante-post selections are generally emailed during the day. BetHub have recently introduced an app (Android and IOS) for members to speed up the delivery of tips. The selections are also available in the members’ area of the website.

The email provides some of the most extensive write ups I have seen recently. The day’s selections are listed at the top of the email with the basic information needed to place the bet, this enables you to place the bets quickly without having to scroll through the analysis to find each one. A full analysis of each selection then follows below.

On average there are just one or two selections most days, although Saturdays in particular can often have three or more.

The average odds of the selections is in double figures but can range from 2/1 to 33/1 and bigger. Win selections are staked at one, one and a half or two-points, whilst each-way stakes tend to be one or one and a half each way.

The detailed results spreadsheet on the website shows profits of 323.86 points at BOG and 91.96 points to BSP, with a loss of 112.72 points to SP, between January 2018 and October 2019. There is no record to advised prices without BOG.

There is a 14-day free trail open to new members to test the service for themselves.

Results – Month 1 (22nd October to 21st November 2019)

The review started reasonably well with three nice priced winners early on. However, after the third winner there was a sequence of 23 successive losing bets up to the end of the month. The final result was a loss of 27-points in the period.

The win strike rate was just 8.11% and the twelve each-way selections failed to land even any place money between them.

The average odds of the selections this month was in keeping with the historic levels at 11.02 (just a touch over 10/1). The winning selections were advised at 10/1, 15/2 and 5/1.

After taking into account the cost of the month’s membership, the drawdown on the bank at £10 per point stakes is 30.3%.

Summary at End of Month 1

A disappointing start to the review, but as regular readers will know, a single month neither makes nor breaks a service. So we move on to Month 2 and see if the balance can be restored.

A full analysis of the results from the review can be found here.
