I’ve been using this for some time. You can basically split it into 2 parts, the laying side & the backing side.

Laying works the best for me by a long chalk. Generally just the one selection a day, usually at reasonable odds, provided via a web page mid to late morning normally (seems to be earlier on Saturdays, which is helpful).

The same site also provides the back bets, which are to be used in conjunction with the staking software provided. The software automatically calculates the stake required to recover previous losing bets & winnings. Biggest implication of this is that you need to be able to hang around & bet sequentially, as the result of each bet affects what stake will be placed on the next. The backing side hasn’t performed anywhere near as well for me.

The software & its implied staking plan has been useful when applied to other system I use though. To be fair however, I must point out that Graham Laurie expressly states that it is not to be used with other systems i.e. do it at your own risk!
