Is This The Best CV You’ve Ever Seen?

As I’m sure you can imagine, in my 8+ years of heading up the Betting Rant I’ve seen a hell of a lot of tipster CVs.

I mean I reckon I must get at least 2-3 people asking me to sell their services every month…

Over the year that’s around 35, over eight years that’s about 280!

And yet never, in all of that time, have I seen a better tipster CV than that of a certain Adam Cheng.

Now you may think ‘Oh he’s just saying that. Every new guy on the block is the best thing since sliced bread’

But the fact is, I do my research before taking any tipster on…

After all, there’s a very good reason why, of the 280 odd applications I’ve had, I currently work with just six of them!

And from that research – and I’m sure my other five guys (all fantastic in their own right) won’t mind me saying this – Adam’s pre-service pedigree tops them all.

Now of course, as any employer will know, a CV is only one thing and experience doesn’t necessarily equal success but hows about this for a solid foundation…

Adam qualified from uni with a Masters in Sports Sociology, with part of his degree focused on betting (yep, they do courses in all sorts of things these days!)…

He then worked at a bookmakers – but not just any old bookmakers – called Fitzdares, who are based in Mayfair and cater only for serious high-rollers…

As their own website says ‘Membership of Fitzdares is not for everyone and not everyone is accepted’.

For the majority of his time at Fitzdares he was Head of Football Trading and, in addition to setting the odds for people who were betting tens and even hundreds of thousands against the company, he was even given a portion of the company’s own funds to bet with.

From there he moved on to Squawka, one of the most well established and popular football stats websites in the business…

And then, after holding these well paid and, let’s face it, incredibly fun jobs, he decided to leave the world of working for others and set up as a professional sports bettor…

Having taken that decision a couple of years ago – during which time he has had his first child – and not done a day’s traditional ‘work’ since, it’s fair to say it’s gone pretty well!

Oh yeah and I almost forgot to mention…

Adam actually ran a service with us (his first ever tipster service) last season and it made over 450 points profit to 1 point level stakes from just 70 bets – that’s not too shabby either is it?!

That service had a severely limited membership and was a premium price (£1,000 a year with no option of monthly payments)…

Chances are that’s why you either didn’t try it or haven’t heard of it…

Well, this season things are different and this season, starting tomorrow, Adam is going to be taking on new members at a starting price of just £12

And what’s more, the bets that he provided last season will be added to by the other – significantly bigger – portion of his football betting portfolio.

I’ll be sending you all the details tomorrow and I hope that you’ll be as excited about the project as I am.
