How Much Money Do I Need to Get Started?

A starting bank of 150-points is recommended for this tipster.

How Much Money Can I Make?

The detailed results sheet shows 365.75 points profit at BOG (best odds guaranteed) for January to May 2019, an average of 73.15 points per month. The same period to SP (starting price) is 184.11 points or 36.82 points per month.

How Much Time Will I Need to Make This Work?

Generally, there are between one and five singles each day with a multiple combining all of the singles, be that a simple double or a more exotic Canadian/Super Yankee or Lucky 31. The best odds availability is given for each of the single selections, but the multiple does not give the best combined odds, so there is a bit of work to do to maximise the odds on this element. That said, quarter of an hour each day should be ample to get the bets sorted and placed.

Will I Need Any Equipment to Do This?

The standard advice of a PC, laptop, tablet or smart phone with internet connectivity and access to a range of online bookmakers applies to this service.

Value for Money?

As always, I will see out the three months of the review before offering a comment.

Quality of Customer Service?

There are no guidelines as to how quickly WAP Tipsters aim to respond to email enquiries and I have not used the contact form for support with this service. However, my dealings with them when setting up the review and on other matters have always been met with a prompt and professional response.

Review

Acca Gold joined the WAP Tipsters platform on 1st January 2019, providing daily horse racing tips from Britain and Ireland. Acca Gold has been using and refining his system since 2016 and aims to use the high rate of success on the single bets to supercharge the profitability through the employment of daily multiples.

The multiple each day will depend on the number of singles and can range from a simple double to a more exotic Canadian/Super Yankee or Lucky 15 type bet. All selections are one point to win or half-a-point each-way. This includes the multiples, so an each-way Trixie for example, would be one point in total (0.125 points per bet, x8).

Acca Gold’s selection process is built on the correlation and patterns he has found in regard to jockeys, horses and courses. The constant refining of the system led him to the point where he felt ready to go live as a paid for tipster service.

The email arrives each evening between 18:00 and 20:30 as a rule and lists the singles first followed by the recommended multiple for the day. Each selection has the stake clearly identified and lists the bookmaker(s) offering the advised odds.

The detailed results sheet shows 365.75 points profit at BOG (best odds guaranteed) for January to May 2019, an average of 73.15 points per month. The same period to SP (starting price) is 184.11 points or 36.82 points per month. The strike rate for this period is stated as 29.28% and the return on investment (ROI) as 113% to best odds guaranteed (BOG) and 55.62% to starting price (SP).

Results – Month 1 (9th May to 8th June 2019)

A profit of 39.65 points was secured in the first month, with the undoubted high being the five out of five day on 30th May, which also resulted in the maximum pay out from the Lucky 31. The five singles plus the Lucky 31 generated 32.82 points profit from a six-point outlay.

The strike rate on the single bets was 32.26% (30/93), well in line with the historic figure claimed. There were a further seven placed selections (plus one of the winners) from 22 each-way bets.
In terms of average odds this month, the winning selections returned 3.42 (just under 5/2). They ranged from 1.4 (2/5) to 8.0 (7/1).

Although the ROI was a very healthy 31.59% for the month, this is still well behind the figures claimed on the website for both BOG and SP. As we do not include BOG in our results, but work on advised prices, the ROI we see should be somewhere between the BOG and SP figures quoted. Given that the claimed ROI to SP for the five months of operation so far is 55.62% we can conclude that this month is still behind the standard set.

The net ROI, after deducting the monthly cost of membership, was 27.33% at £10 per point stakes and 30.72% at £50 per point.

Summary at End of Month 1

All in all, an excellent first month to the review. The successful Lucky 31 proving the benefit of wrapping the singles up into multiples to boost the profit.
