Brief Summary:

William Ross Racing is a horse backing system where you’ll be betting on horses to win or be placed. The selections you are given to bet on are found by people who have worked and had very successful careers in the racing industry – a jockey and a trainer.

What’s It All About?

William Ross says that two close friends, a jockey and a trainer started this racing business and he was so impressed with the results that he decided the buy the business and their services to offer as tipster to general public.

William doesn’t name the trainer and jockey involved but the idea is the same as many other horse betting services you see out there on the market.

All sold on the track record and detailed knowledge of horse racing. On this site, we will try to see if we can prove if this service actually works.

Do I Need Experience To Make This Work?

This is fairly straight forward for anyone to operate and anyone with experience of betting will have no trouble.

You can place a bet on the horses anywhere, online, via phone or in a betting shop. If you’re new to racing any of these methods are straight forward and you’ll find someone to help you at each bookie.

How Much Money Do I Need To Get Started?

The sales promotion doesn’t really say what you need but really to start seeing some good returns you need a bank of at least £500 to risk and use as a starting bank.

How Much Money Can I Make & Does It Live Up To Claims In Promotion?

The claim in the promotion is that previously the results had eight successes, in that the trainer and jockey picked 6 winners and 2 placed horses in the races under review.

William doesn’t say if those two placed positions were for each way betters but on the surface those results look quite good.

Also in the promotion you can see the latest results which are published here.

At the time of writing there have been 19 selections with no losers, and second places.

I’ve not been able to verify these races or results yet but if you have become a member it would be good to see if you can match those results.

Review

The supposed results behind this service seem very good on the surface, but as mentioned I’ve  not been able to confirm if true at time of writing.

My worry is that this is another service that promises big returns but actually fails to follow up.

Little credibility is given in the sales letter when William fails to mention who his trainer and jockey are.  This I can understand is to protect both but when the website was only registered on 17th May it does seem this is a new.

Surely if the results were so good to buy the business then he’d have results pre-dated domain purchase?  This makes me sceptical.  Also, there is no information on who William Ross is in the public domain.

With no proof of the actual results and a lack of money back guarantee means this isn’t a service I would recommend.

  1. John says:

So far I am not impressed, 5 bets I have noted down since 16 July, 3 Lost? 2 won at 5/4 and 6/4. The brochure showed a different picture.

  2. Stradivar says:

I joined early August for a month, first horse being Fantasy Fry on 6th Aug. That and the four following all lost, two being runners-up.
Previously declared tips (on web site) were 8 win, 4 lose, 2 win, lose, win, lose then my 5 lose. In addition, the advertising letter gave details of 6 previous results, all wins. They log each selection at £200 stake for their record purposes and now select to win only. If only! I acknowledge that 2 weeks is a short time to pass judgement but future seems bleak.
