If you get into this discipline on the first investment, you can follow the same process again and again for each new property. It will mean you get your numbers right at the start and will have a simple property investment formula to repeat time and again. It will keep you straight and make sure you make no mistakes.

Everything in the book is set out in a clear and organised way so you should understand at each point that the author is covering. It is in clear English and all the jargon is explained.

Do I need any experience to make this work?

You don’t need any experience to read this book – it’s aimed at those who have not tried property investing before but are interested to see if they could do it. If you have already purchased properties then you will probably know most of what’s written here.

At £11.39 this book is not that expensive. However implementing the ideas and actually investing in property is. Obviously it will all vary from person to person how much is needed to begin investing. What this book does is give good advice for building an investment plan so you can avoid overspending in areas and invest more wisely.

For £11.39 this book is jam packed full of detail and the authors experience. Both of the authors have fantastic reputations so you really are getting quality content here. It’s also the third edition, meaning the content is up to date and the strategies relevant for the marketplace today.

Does it live up to the claims in the promotion?

The authors have great reputations and you should be confident that purchasing one of their products you would receive exactly what they promise.

This isn’t a ‘get-quick-rich’ scheme, these are strategies and property education to help you. They are reasonably priced, jam packed full of content and the authors certainly know there stuff.

There are many testimonials online and within the book, which always fills me confidence.

This book is a sister book to ‘Make Cash in a Property Market Crash’. The original version of this book was written in 2007 by both Rob and Mark and this is the 3rd fully updated edition.

The book is well balanced between why you should invest and then showing you the potential pitfalls. I liked this because it shows that the authors are honest that any investment you make could go wrong, how it goes wrong and if it does go wrong what you could do.

Often timing, investment decisions or things like interest rates could go against you, but they show you with time, and a good plan even a bad investment decision can become good in time. But of course the trick is to not make those bad decisions in the first place.

So this book shows you the pitfalls and what to avoid.

I really liked this book, it is motivational and the way it’s written makes me more confident in my decision to invest and making sure I have a good plan.

The book is loaded with more resources and the occasional gift, they direct you to a deal scrutinzer app that you can download and it’s free as a part of buying this book.

It’s a simple tool but one that is valuable to you as a wannabe investor.

You can’t really pick up everything from this book in the first sitting, you will need to keep going over it and learning something new each time.

You’ll be taught some basic but good tips on investing for the long term, making sure you get the right financing and take loopholes to ensure you are paying what is necessary and not a penny more.

You can look at the reviews of this book on Amazon, they are all really good and you will see why the authors and their products have such good testimonials. This should give you all you need to know to be confident to go ahead and purchase one of their products/courses.
