Brief Summary:

Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less by Amy Harrop is an online course in creating and selling a money-making information product. It covers reports, courses, books and ebooks.

What’s It All About?

Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less is an online course in creating and selling a money-making information product. It covers reports, courses, books and ebooks.

The course is mainly in the form of videos, with various downloadable supplementary materials.

Do I Need Experience To Make This Work?

No special experience is required. As the publishing process itself is not covered in any detail, however, it will help if you have some prior experience in this field or are willing to learn about it from other sources. Please see my full review (below) for further discussion about this.

How Much Money Do I Need To Get Started?

You can get started without any other outlay.

How Much Money Can I Make?

That depends on various things, including what you write about, how you decide to publish it, and so on.

If you choose to publish a Kindle e-book, for example, you will receive royalties on sales of up to 70% of the purchase price. You will also receive payments from Amazon when your e-book is borrowed through programmes such as Kindle Unlimited and the Kindle Owners Lending Library.

You are unlikely to make a fortune from a single information product (although it has been known), but a successful product has the potential to generate a steady income for you for years to come.

How Much Time Will I Need To Make This Work?

As stated in the title, the aim is to create a money-making information product within 30 days. That seems a reasonable target to me.

Will I Need Any Equipment To Do This?

Just a computer with an internet connection.

Value For Money?

Potentially, if this way of making money appeals to you and you have a bit of experience in this field already. I think $97 is on the expensive side, though.

Does It Live Up To The Claims In The Promotion?

I would say so.

Quality of Customer Service

This is good. Amy always responds promptly to support queries.

Review

Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less is sold via the Zaxaa platform. Like JVZoo, Zaxaa doesn’t offer its own money-back guarantee, so you have to rely on the vendor to fulfil whatever promises they make. I have no reason to think that Amy would fail to honour her money-back guarantee, but it’s still something to bear in mind.

Amy was kind enough to allow me reviewer access to Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less, so I can’t tell you about the sales process buyers experience or whether there are any attempted upsells.

Like many of Amy’s products, Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less is provided via a password-protected WordPress site (so keep a note of your log-in details!). This does have the advantage that you can access it from any computer with an internet connection, and it can also be easily updated by the author.

The main course content is provided in the form of four “Sessions”. These are simply titled Session 1 to Session 4. Each session includes a video presentation of between an hour and an hour-and-a-quarter in length. Roughly speaking, the content of each Session is as follows:

Session 1 – Getting ideas for your information product.

Session 2 – Market research and buyer research, then producing your rough draft.

Session 3 – Finalising your product, and choosing your sales platform.

Session 4 – Publishing your product and maximising sales.

The videos use PowerPoint-style slides along with screen captures where appropriate. You can watch them online or download them.

The commentary is provided by Amy herself. She has an American accent but speaks slowly and clearly, and I had no problems understanding her.

In addition to the videos, the course includes a variety of supplementary materials. The presentation slides for each Session are provided as separate PDFs (although you don’t get a transcript of Amy’s commentary). There are also bonus templates and PDF reports. Session 3, for example, has the following:

– sales page templates
– niche sales letter template
– report on how to set up a product with ClickBank (9 pages)
– disclaimer template
– report on adding covers to Microsoft Word documents (21 pages)

A further bonus is a set of “content accelerators”. These are basically brief outlines of info products you could write on various subjects, from dating to weight loss, affiliate marketing to juicing. If you’re struggling for ideas, they could provide a good starting point. They are the same ones included with Amy’s Taming the Dragon product, incidentally.

As you will gather, the course takes you from finding ideas for your products, through researching them to establish their potential profitability, to publishing them on the appropriate platform, and then promoting them to maximise sales.

Although the course looks at the pros and cons of various potential sales platforms, from ClickBank to Kindle, it does not go into any detail about how to publish on each. If you need advice on the nuts and bolts of publishing a Kindle e-book, for example, you will need to look elsewhere. Of course, there is plenty of free information about this online, e.g. on the Kindle Direct Publishing website at https://kdp.amazon.com/help.

One nice feature of the course is that at the foot of each Session, a facility is provided for students to ask questions. You can see the questions that have been asked already and the answers Amy has provided. This is interesting to read, and also reassuring in case you have any questions you wish to ask yourself.

Overall, I thought Publish, Sell and Profit in 30 Days or Less was a good-quality product, but one that might be of most interest to people who already have some experience of online publishing and are looking to step up a level.

It contains plenty of good hints and tips based on Amy’s own experience as a prolific publisher of information products, and I learned a lot that I expect to prove useful to me in future. For me, that would justify the $97 asking price. In my view those who are brand new to online information publishing might do better to look elsewhere, though.
