just got the bs booklet today, £2,000 into £20,000 in 8 wks, yeah right on Streetwise DELETED BY MOD…this crap is by none other than John Goldsmith….says it all really!

  2. geoffhead says:

Regular price £297 offered at £247 today is 20/06/2016
    BRAND NEW FORMULA JUST RELEASED.
Blurb gives a list of 36 consecutive winning bets.
Showing these bets and betting £100 per bet shows winnings of £12,562.46 Nothing other than this stated.
Am I being too sceptical “think not”?? over to you
moremoneyreview, until then “I sit firmly on the fence”.

  3. D Bassett says:

Re-hashed, re-branded stuff from ‘John Goldsmith’ as always. This has been called a couple of different things in the past, and if you read, no longer carries a money back guarantee. This should be clearly stated on your sign up form, yet there is nothing and nothing I could see in the 8 page, poorly printed and cut salespage.

Be careful, I tend to avoid anything from Streetwise, I was a writer for them so I know how they work!

  4. haulfan says:

I presume the tight-fisted bookies would have shut down your account way before you accumulated 12k worth of winnings!

  5. fredfish says:

No money back guarantee mentioned in the sales pitch. If this turns out to be load of you know what -are we covered by the direct selling regulations?
    i.e. are gambling products covered?

The sales pitch makes no reference to online betting -just use newspaper. 30 plus winners in a row -how likely is that?

  6. Maynard says:

fredfish, the marketing material states: “If you fail to make a profit from using this system in the first month we’ll refund your purchase fee!”

  7. TheBaker says:

Having read the website, which consists of preposterous and unsubstantiated claims, I have submitted a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.

  8. I have just purchased a copy so can leave some feedback once I receive it?

  9. PEPPIDOG says:

Good luck with that then Stevie boy 🙂

  10. fredfish says:

    Thanks maynard.
but sometimes making a profit means sitting on betfair for hours or getting just the fight odds to appear.
that’s why i am surprised that all you appear to need is a newspaper.
    Time will tell.

  11. Rufus23 says:

As has been said elsewhere on this site you don’t need a money-back guarantee from Streetwise. Anything you purchase by mail order, whether from Streetwise, Ebay, Amazon, or anywhere else has a 14 day cooling off period. That’s the law.

So you can buy the Cash Magnet system from Streetwise and if you decide it’s not what you wanted you can contact them within 14 days of receipt and tell them you want to return it. You don’t have to give a reason, it doesn’t matter if it will make a profit or not, you can just say you’ve changed your mind. Then send it back in clean condition and they have to give you a full refund. If you wait for a month to see if it makes a profit you’ll have missed the deadline for this cooling off period.

  12. Maynard says:

Hi fredfish, I was only saying that there’s a refund guarantee, not that I think this system will work. In fact, I’m convinced that it WON’T work, because it’s impossible for any racing system, method or approach to generate the sort of returns claimed by this vendor.

I’m guessing that this will be some sort of martingale system. They’re claiming it will multiply your bank x 10 in 8 weeks! Utterly ridiculous, and I’m pleased to see that TheBaker has contacted the ASA.

  13. Bear1 says:

John Goldsmith has been flogging his daft racing systems for years and each time claiming it possible to make 4 trillion a week whilst just wearing your pants.

Now he has teamed up with Streetwise.

    What joy.

  14. geoffhead says:

    CASH MAGNET RACING SYSTEM
    In the blurb from Streetwise,
Page 3 and I quote “No Profit/No Fee Guarantee”
If you fail to make a profit using this System in the first (over to page 4) month we’ll refund your purchase fee! (underlined}.
£247 Is still a sizeable amount to pay??

  15. TheBaker says:

The reason for me making a complaint to the ASA is because of Streetwise continuing to produce marketing material that is a blatant exaggeration of the profit potential that customers would achieve. The complaint is on 3 levels:

    1. The headline – “This is making people money every day” – nothing provided to substantiate this.

    2. The claims – “I do guarantee that you will win” and “you are bound to make a fantastic profit each month”. Such guarantees cannot be made and the ASA has previously ruled against such statements.

    3. A success rate of 36 consecutive winners is claimed. No details are given, just a series of numbers. There are no times/dates of runners, nothing can actually be verified. A potential purchaser will liklely be swayed by such outlandish claims. I think that most followers of this site will agree that 36 winners without a loser is a preposterous claim.

It has been asked before – if these Streetwise products are so good, why aren’t the staff “coining it in” by actually using them? Add this current claim of £20,000 in 8 weeks together with the fantastic amounts claimed by previous products and they could be sunning themselves far away from an office in Sheffield.

Should the ASA uphold any or part of the complaint I doubt it would make any difference to Mr Harrison and Co. A slap on the wrist from the ASA is unlikely to stop the hyperbole being spewed out by the copywriters. So why bother complaining in the first place? Well if it prevents just 1 person being lured into parting with the ever-increasing cost of Streetwise products it would have been worth it.

By the way, did you hear about Mr Harrison falling from a boat into shark-infested waters? Why didn’t they eat him? Out of respect!

  16. Bear1 says:

    @TheBaker

    Excellent post.

  17. wanderer says:

    Good for you Baker.

  18. nimrod says:

Over many years I have tried some Streetwise products and none of them have worked. I have since given up reading their mailings but …. if they keep sending me the mailshot every Friday, then they’re wasting their money and reducing their profits! I do feel a bit guilty because of the tons of their paperwork I put in my bin but on balance, it’s better if they waste their money.

  19. EyeIreland says:

Keep her lit, Mr Master Baker 🙂

  20. thebigman74 says:

    @ steve19782009

Can you please leave some feedback how the system worked yesterday and today with selections and results.

    Thanks

  21. deegee says:

Got the sales booklet from Streetwise this morning. Looking forward to hearing Stevie boys review. Too good to be true!

  22. Hotplate says:

Probably one of those ‘Stop At A Winner’ systems. Great until you get a bad run – which is inevitable, but glad to be corrected!

  23. voodoo1 says:

…maybe cos they’d miss the rain!

“By the way, did you hear about Mr Harrison falling from a boat into shark-infested waters? Why didn’t they eat him? Out of respect!”

    …HA ha love it!

  24. voodoo1 says:

just got the bs booklet today, £2,000 into £20,000 in 8 wks, yeah right on Streetwise ya ol’ scambos…this crap is by none other than John Goldsmith….says it all really!

  25. frankenstein says:

Not only do I get the Crap in the post, but also sent to my email account.

If systems worked for any length of time, there would be no bookies around.

last time I checked there is around 5,000 horse racing systems available, which is more like 20,000

does anyone think the bookies don’t know about them?
regards my email account,I don’t block streetwise emails because I like to keep up with the latest rubbish they keep turning out.

In 20 years of dealing with them,I have yet to find anything that worked like they said it would.

  26. fredfish says:

Steve – see above – are u now rolling in cash – after putting the system into practice. We await your considered verdict!
I could do with an expensive holiday after the Brexit brouhaha.

  27. nsayer says:

I suspect that @ steve19782009 hasn’t really bought the system at all…or maybe he has & is now red with embarrassment at admitting it.

  28. fredfish says:

Yes this must be a stop at a winner type system i suspect as you couldnt have such a long winning sequence with a straightforward pick a race a day method.
of course you win small amounts for many days then get killed stone dead !!!

  29. chriskeating says:

Having looked at the results, the odds suggest a focus on favourites. The fanciful claims suggest ‘loss retrieval’ which is the only way to profit daily really, that is until you hit that anomolous run of course!. That is what my ‘Miss Marple’ like detective skills suggest this system is all about.

  30. Jeanette Bell says:

Just bought the book but wondered if anyone could tell me if it’s possible to place a “stop at a winner” bet with Betfair online. I’ve been told by Betfair that it’s not possible but the book lists Betfair as one of the online bookies.

  31. fredfish says:

Jeanette i am not a bet
fair expert but i have never heard of a stop at a winner bet on betfair.

  32. S&M says:

    @ Jeanette

I would imagine they are referring to you placing any bets manually; stopping at a winner if/when that occurs, however you could also look into using a bot to do the S.A.W for you?

    Hope this helps.

    Good luck 🙂

  33. frankieparis says:

streetwise must sell this crap they have been around for along time, but just who the f… buys it!

  34. keithhunt says:

Is there anyone using JOHN GOLDSMITHS latest system 2 systems each day,The Master Key Bets and The Secret Source Bets I am on the 1st month freetrial which is due to expire 5 days to go luckily I got a good start but gradually my bank is going down.KeithH

  35. PeterFenton says:

    To quote the sales blurb

If youve been disappointed by the false promises and the glossy brouchure mail shots … then now is the time to kick them all into tough.

I wont make you any ridiculous get rich quick promises

What a load of ….. The authors bank went from £ 2 k to £ 20 k in just over two months, amazing and totally true.

We should all jump on the band wagon and soon all or money worries will be over.

How many on here get the mail shots from Streetwise, how many throw them in the bin ?

Why not instead send them back in the pre paid envelope because that costs streetwise and then they might think twice about emailing out.

Imagine 10,000 mail shots and 5,000 returned envelopes and thats 5,000 large letters esp if you make sure that it can’t go in as a normal letter.

Thats almost £ 4,000 in postage costs each mailing wouldn’t take too many of those to put a dent in their profits 🙂

PS Glad I read the review almost fell for the sales pitch 🙂

  36. erd2 says:

I used to get stuff from them all the time so i started sending it all back in a unstamped envelope not the pre paid one.
Guess what after i had done this 3 times they stopped sending me thier crap, so it does work just dont use the pre paid envelope bin that and send everything else back in an unstamped envelope………that way they get hit 3 times……..sending,buying pre paid and paying to receive unstamped mail they soon take you off the list.

  37. TheBaker says:

Re: Streetwise – watch this space!

  38. PEPPIDOG says:

Oh c’mon TheBaker. Don’t tease. Spill the beans 🙂

  39. TheBaker says:

    @PEPPIDOG
Sorry, can’t say more at the moment. Not intended as a tease.

  40. PEPPIDOG says:

Ok matey. I understand. I will keep a look out for your next comment here
