More Free Profits?

Last week was another profitable one for Luke with his rugby tips again the star of the show.

This week he has more from the world of rugby (of course!) plus NFL and football.

Enjoy this week’s column and, as ever, if you have any comments for either myself or Luke you can reach us at bettingrant@agorapub.co.uk.

Toulouse or not Toulouse

I am never one to concentrate on the negative but the French foreign legion blew a 10 point lead which would have led to a clean sweep with the exception of the 170/1 draw masterpiece!

You’ll be glad to hear I have dusted myself off (an overall profit helps of course) and am more than ready to go again.

Positive results were aplenty last weekend with the exception of the Toulouse meltdown…

Saracens controlled Toulon with exception of the final seven minutes – Berger being banished to the sin bin did have me twitching a little bit too much for my liking but all’s well that ends well.

Glasgow Warriors battered the handicap into submission – Leicester took an early 10-3 lead but Glasgow completely ran the show once the English side was reeled in.

A couple of big fourth quarter plays helped the NFL tips bring cash to our pockets – Odell Beckham Jr may enjoy beating the life out of kicking nets but as long as he continues to catch balls and score 60yard touchdowns he is definitely good with me!

The NFL season is starting to shape up quickly now and we are fully aware of the teams worth backing and teams who must be avoided at all costs.

For instance the Patriots are worth a punt at beating most conservative handicaps but betting people shouldn’t even put their mother in-laws money on: San Francisco, Chicago Bears, New York Jets and Cleveland Browns.

For those not aware of American Football, think of the above mentioned teams as Sunderland – would you seriously consider backing them right now? Definitely not!

While we are talking about American sports, I must mention that the NBA kicks into life next week…

Always value to be had on the handicap side, so keep your eyes on this column for the best NBA tips around!
